A private garden design for a sunken lower basement area in an overlooked city centre location. The design created a beautiful garden outlook to be accessed directly from the lower ground indoor pool for private entertaining. The vertical water walls created a cooling and calm ambience with backlit glass walls providing interest during night. A large sculptural pergola covered in fragrant climber planting created areas of shade and provided a sheltered and private space in which to relax.
