The client’s objective was to create a striking contemporary landscape that afforded a sense of community for the residents. The development has been based upon the concept of 'health, life and living' and marketed at young professional families, as such the external spaces create a series of formal and informal play opportunities within a varying scale of space and character.

The amorphous landscape is enlivened with a central water rill which winds through the sculptural land forming to create smaller spaces in which to meet and relax. Strongly influenced by the circular architectural block arrangement, the design sought to reference this by including a circular running / exercise route through the site and circular art forms within the play spaces.
